Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 6 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.
T-N-T AfterDark is not responsible for lost/stolen items or incorrect shipping addresses (It is the customer's responsibility to confirm correct shipping information at the time of purchase). In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. T-N-T AfterDark is unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you! For more information on USPS policies and standards, please contact your local post office.
Major holidays also will increase shipping time.
Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment.
Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)
Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
